W.L. Marks is Vilk's founder and director. In fact, he is Vilk.

Mr. Marks enjoys a balanced and complete set of skills based on his academic background in Computer Science and the Classics.

He has been professionally active in the information industry for well over a decade—software design and development, Web and database architecture, systems and risk analysis, all fall easily into his domain of expertise. He spent six years with a leading North American bioinformatics company, designing and developing ground-breaking, Web-based numerical analysis software for genomic research. More recently, Mr. Marks has taught Web development at the Department of Computer Science, University of Toronto.

In addition to his systems engineering credentials, he has a background in graphic design, photography, digital pre-press, copy writing, and business development—a guarantee that your promotional and operational business requirements will be well understood. His lively interest in the humanities—art, history, languages, literature—will place your Internet message in line with the best.
